Welcome to St. Ambrose Religious Education Registration. Please fill out the information below to register your child for our program. If you have three children, you will register three separate times, one registration per child. Note, you will be asked for Sacrament information (Date and Location) while registering.
If you would prefer to have a paper copy of the registration form, print the PDF on the bottom, call the office at (269) 385-4152 to pick one up, or we can mail a form to you.
