St Ambrose's Vacation Bible School
August 11th to 13th, 2026 from 6:00pm to 7:30 pm
$15 per child, $30 per family, though all are welcome regardless of ability to pay
Payment may be made by cash or check (made out to St. Ambrose with VBS in the memo line) to the parish office or on the first day of VBS.
Welcome to St. Ambrose's Vacation Bible School Registration. Please fill out the information below to register your child for our program. If you have three children, you will register three separate times, one registration per child.
If you would prefer to have a paper copy of the registration form, print the PDF on the bottom, call the office at (269) 385-4152 to pick one up, or we can mail a form to you.

  I further authorize the person who presents the minor to sign the Acknowledgment of Receipt of Notice Privacy Rights that may be presented by the physician or health care facility. By entering into and/or signing this document, the signatory/signatories agree to conduct its/their dealings via electronic means. The signatory agrees that allowing dealings via electronic means will facilitate these dealings. The signatory has the option to opt to sign things in a paper format. I fully understand and agree to the above terms and sign this form knowingly, willingly and freely.

This indemnification does not apply to claims for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
